Why these pony have red and blue eye?

when he was little, his still having his normal eyes (blue one).When he's hanging around with his friend,some of his unicorn friend want to show her ability to use some spell,and you know the spell right? Yup ! spell that change your eye color into any color you want,and the first pony that want to try that spell is "Red Sugar" because he's so excited about these new spell that his friend got but he didn't now that the spell has never been attempted to anypony,so nopony know what will happened if this spell fail. Almost 5 minute the unicorn casting the spell and when the spell almost finished,random sonic rainboom come from nowhere. The sound make the unicorn lost his concentrate and shoot the spell into the Red Sugar right eye accidently. After that, everypony looking strangely to Red Sugar right eye. Red Sugar was confused with what happened just then. When Red Sugar ask what happen to the unicorn who cast the spell, the unicorn give red sugar a mirror so he can see what happen to him. Red Sugar eye change into red like he wanted but only the right one.
For some moment, he thought that the "Red eye" thingy is temporary but it's almost a week and the spell effect not even disappeared and because of that everypony that see his eye always stare strangely. That stare always make him uncomfortable, so that's why Red Sugar is a little bit Shy although sometime he didn't care about it.

So what do these "Red eye" thingy do?

After a month since that accident, Red Sugar found himself can see the future accident like Fire, earthquake, and so on.
Like pinkie keen, these "Future Sight" can't be controled... It's just come and go.
These "Future Sight" too that always help him at his journey, he often help people with his red eye.
Now he called it "Dimensional Sight"


Why blank flank? Are you out of idea?

Well, i want my OC really reflects me. Since i dont have any talent (besides gaming) i think i will make my OC "Blank Flank" until then

So what do these pony do?

Like Cutie Mark Crusaders, he's on the journey to find his Cutie mark. Wandering around Equestria to find what he's good at even though sometimes he come back to his hometown Ponyville

like i said before, i want this pony really reflects me. So Red Sugar like to hear music (especially music from Vinyl Scratch), Dance, Play some game, chilling out, and so on.

Personality

Due to his blank flank and abnormal eye he's a shy person (but not in fluttershy level) and a little bit uncommunicative, but kinda good and calm pony.
